Janneth Rojas is an expert in organizational change management and passionate about project management; She has more than 12 years of consulting experience in a wide range of industries in Latin America and the United States such as consumer products, financial services, telecommunications and energy. She is currently one of the global thinkers of Practical Thinking Group, specialist in Organizational Change Management.
Throughout her career she has supported large companies during relevant transformations to develop successful change programs that include assessing the readiness and identification of potential obstacles that could affect the success of transformations. In the field of project management she has extensive experience as a project manager where she has led software implementations among others, and as a consultant where she has collaborated with various project offices. Additionally, Janneth has been a professor of Strategic Innovation within a virtual MBA program with an emphasis on Project Management.
Janneth was born in Colombia where she got her Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from Universidad Catolica de Colombia, then moved to Mexico, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from ITAM. She currently resides in the United States where she was certified as Prosci Change Management Practitioner.
Her most recent experiences include evaluations and management plans for change in Nuevatel – Bolivia, EP PETROECUADOR – Ecuador, Entel – Chile, Metrofinanciera – Mexico and RICOH Latin America, among others.
